Sharing knowledge with future generations

High quality products and services are the result of highly qualified employees. To maintain our demanding standards in the future, Pureon contributes to the education and training of our future workforce. Whether it is in manufacturing or building relationships – our experts share their knowledge for the benefit of our current and future customers.

“Sharing knowledge” is one of the core values of Pureon. We are dedicated to our customers and strive for long-term relationships. In an effort to face upcoming challenges and to be the preferred problem solver in the industry, we share knowledge with our partners to find sustainable and efficient solutions. Our Surface Lab is a perfect example for this practice: Here, customers can test their applications and gain valuable information for their series production.

Human resource

It is our obligation to strive for the best: good is not good enough. Therefore, Pureon employs highly qualified and well-trained personnel. This is important because “sharing knowledge” means that we are sharing our most valuable resource with our partners. At Pureon we know the most important resource is the human resource. Our well-educated experts make the difference between good and very good.

To ensure the high quality of our products and expertise, we care for our employees: the current and future ones. We are aware that education is key for long-term success. It supports us to maintain our demanding standards today and in the future. Hence, we are keen to share our knowledge with students at schools on both sides of the Atlantic.

Demanding standards for the benefit of our customers

Pureon’s General Manager USA, Robert L. Mervich, has nearly 25 years of industry experience with a proven track record for industrial engineering and expertise in manufacturing. He is an experienced senior leader enjoying success with developing diverse teams. “We at Pureon live in a culture of diversity and quality. While located on different locations all over the world, our employees share a common attitude of always aspiring to meet the most demanding standards.”

Robert L. Mervich is a supporter of future work forces and an appreciated guest at the surrounding schools. He speaks to high school students about careers in manufacturing and presents the positive impact manufacturers have on communities. “The goal is to increase awareness among students, parents, and educators – that today’s manufacturing field is a great place to work and has excellent career opportunities.”

Good communication as a commitment

Commitment is another core value for Pureon. To us it means exercising a high degree of involvement and dedication to everything we do. Nurturing relationships with our co-entrepreneurs and customers is important for long-term success on both sides. It requires good communication with our partners to understand their needs and demands. Responsible for this at Pureon is our Head of Marketing and Communication, Arthur Lenart.

“Communication with customers is not a one-way street. It is important to understand your partner and to communicate with him and not just to him. Only then you create solutions that are of significant value for your customers.” says Arthur Lenart. He shares his knowledge with his students at a college in St. Gallen, Switzerland. There he gives an insight into communication with customers and building up long-term relations to his dedicated students.

Commitment to our values

At Pureon we live our values: We are committed to building outstanding relationships and setting demanding standards for our products. Therefore, we require a well-educated and trained workforce. Our employees share their knowledge with students at various schools and colleges. This is a benefit for everyone: for us, for the communities and for our customers.
