ULTRA-SOL® NX88

Colloidal silica slurry

Colloidal silica featuring unique chain morphology, alternative to fumed silica:
Through extensive product development efforts, Pureon has developed the ULTRA-SOL® NX88 family of colloidal silica slurries. ULTRA-SOL® NX88 is based on a proprietary colloidal silica particle manufactured in a highly controlled process.
Specifically designed to be a low defectivity alternative to fumed silica slurries, the NX88 features similar planarization efficiency and removal rates to fumed silica slurries, while delivering the low defect performance of colloidal silica. The ULTRA-SOL® NX88 is a ready-to-use product, and the ULTRA-SOL® NX88H can be diluted on site for maximum process flexibility.

Highlights

  • Excellent planarization efficiency.
  • Consistent performance lot-to-lot.
  • Stable, easy to handle colloidal silica.
  • Ease of use in a slurry distribution system.
