Water-soluble ready-to-use diamond suspension designed for high-performance lapping and polishing of sapphire, ceramics and metals. The suspension is suitable for use on metal lapping plates and on polishing pads. SPW suspension is fully water-soluble which simplifies handling and cleaning. Performance enhancers help to achieve highest material removal rates without compromising on surface finish. Process stability is increased due to the stabilized formulation which prevents precipitation of the diamond particles. SPW diamond suspensions are available as custom formulations in a wide range of viscosities, diamond types, sizes and concentrations.
