Acidic zirconium oxide slurry:
ULTRA-SOL® 100Z is an acidic high-purity zirconium oxide dispersion with proprietary additives for achieving sub-angstrom finishes on optical materials. The synergy between high-purity zirconium oxide and the unique proprietary additives in ULTRA-SOL® 100Z provides excellent removal rates without sacrificing final surface quality. ULTRA-SOL® 100Z is ideal on hard substrates applications where softer particles fail to perform.

Packaging Product is typically available in 1-gallon jugs, 5-gallon pails, and 55-gallon drums. In some cases alternative packaging sizes may be available upon request.
