Diamond suspension for multi-wire-saw cutting of sapphire and SiC: Oil-based ready-to-use diamond suspension developed for high performance multi-wire saw applications. The enhanced carrier oil increases cutting rate and reduces wire wear. Process stability is increased by means of the stabilized formulation which reduces the precipitation of the diamond particles.
