1. Introduction - what is explained in this privacy statement?

In this Privacy Policy, we, the Pureon Group (hereinafter referred to as we or us), explain how we collect and process personal data on our website. On this website you can find out about our company and contact us.

The protection of your personal data is of great concern to us. In this data protection declaration, we inform you in a transparent and comprehensible manner about what data we collect via our website and how we process it.

This is not an exhaustive description; if necessary, other data protection statements (or general terms and conditions, conditions of participation and similar documents) regulate specific matters. Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither required by law or contract nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide it will have no consequences. This applies only to the extent that no other information is provided in the subsequent processing operations.

This privacy policy is based on the leading document in German.

2. What is understood by personal data?

According to the Swiss as well as the European Data Protection Act, personal data means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

If you provide us with personal data of other persons (e.g. family members, data of work colleagues), please make sure that these persons are aware of this privacy policy and only share their personal data with us if you are allowed to do so and if this personal data is correct.

3. Legal basis

We have aligned this Privacy Policy with both the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR has established itself worldwide as a benchmark for strong data protection. However, whether and to what extent these laws are applicable depends on the individual case.

4. How can you contact us?

Pureon AG, Kreuzlingerstrasse 1, 8574 Lengwil, Switzerland, is responsible for the data processing activities we carry out here (unless otherwise stated in the individual case). If you have any data protection concerns, you can communicate them to us at the above contact address, for all companies of the Pureon Group (but if possible, specify which one you are referring to). If the contact is made for other reasons, this data processing is based on our overriding legitimate interest in processing and responding to your inquiry. In this case, you have the right to object to this processing of personal data relating to you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
