FOX-PRO is constructed from a non-woven polyvinyl chloride (PVC) backing on which very fine cellulose fibrils (viscose) are deposited, 0,75 mm high and 3.3 dtex thick. The result is a rough effect on the flocked surface, while the relatively flexible fabric adapts to the contours of the workpiece. This makes it ideal for work on rounded pieces. FOX-PRO is ideal for use in the fine pre-polishing phase, after quality polishing. With a moisture absorption of 60 %, adequate removal is possible. The result is a surface of excellent clarity, with fine, uniform surface profile that can be easily removed during the fine polishing phase. Edges will be slightly rounded.
