EPHJ 2026: Strengthening Partnerships and the Swiss Made Story

Geneva’s Palexpo, a G7 Summit next door, and a trade fair determined to carry on regardless: EPHJ 2026 had a lot to offer. From 16 to 19 June, Pureon joined the international gathering for watchmaking, jewellery, microtechnology and medtech — and left with two deepened machine manufacturer partnerships and a new tool to help customers tell their Swiss Made story. Here’s the recap.

A central focus for Pureon this year was deepening collaboration with machine manufacturers. “This exhibition enabled us to strengthen our presence with two machine manufacturers,” says Xavier Fourny, Regional Sales Director at Pureon. “We partnered with René Gerber AG for the second consecutive year, benefiting from an adjacent booth that provided direct visibility of our applications. We also reinforced our collaboration with Recomatic, which showcased the LUCIO solid diamond compound stick on its Poligo machine.”

The adjacent booth with René Gerber AG allowed visitors to see Pureon’s polishing consumables in direct application, while the joint presentation with Recomatic highlighted how the LUCIO polishing stick performs on the Poligo machine — giving customers a practical, hands-on view of the combined solutions.

A new tool for the Swiss Made story

For customers sourcing 100% of their polishing consumables from Pureon, the company introduced a new display panel for use at their own booths, bearing the Pureon logo and the statement “PUREON – 100% Swiss Choice.”

“The objective is to enable these customers to demonstrate that their products are rooted in a genuinely Swiss supply chain from the earliest stages of production,” explains Fournier. “This, in turn, allows watch brands marketing Swiss Made products to further enrich and substantiate the story behind their timepieces.”

The place where the industry comes together

While attendance this year was affected by the surrounding circumstances, the overall sentiment on the show floor remained positive. “Despite the challenging attendance figures, EPHJ remains the key industry gathering for companies wishing to demonstrate their commitment to and presence within the sector,” says Fournier.

Pureon thanks its partners, customers and visitors for another valuable edition of EPHJ, and looks forward to continuing these collaborations in 2027.
